Excellent work on creating your food list! I like that you have done your research and provided an explanation for each one. It’s nice to see dried fruits and canned vegetables on your list too, I think you will have many healthy meals. Do you think you would enjoy going on a 3 week voyage?
Might I suggest swapping out Red Wine for something more age appropriate? Maybe some tea, coffee, or hot chocolate powder? Personally, I love having a warm cup of tea in the evening before bed. What do you like to drink?
